A Day in the Life

Here is a photo story of your day today!

First we went swimming:


and we ate watermelon:

Lincoln slept:


then we played nicely. we even shared mr potato head!

Emma went to her "grandma's house" and Joey took a nap. Then he helped mommy bake peanut butter cookies:
(dont mind my husbands office in our kitchen)

then we raced cars with grandpa but mommy didnt take any pictures

Joey got a bath first this time while Lincoln waited

Then Lincoln got a bath:

Joey watched a movie:

Lincoln thinks the toys on his swing are great:

but I think he likes being close to mommy better:

but only because mommy talks in a silly voice that makes lincoln smile (sorry I couldnt get a laugh out of him on camera today, but i tried!)

More Photos, and a Photo Editing Tutorial

I was playing around with photoshop, and really liked this technique. I alos used it on Lincoln's Tummy Time Photos and Emma's Sun Glasses Photos. Here are some pictures, tutorial is at the bottom:

1. Open the photo you want to edit.
2. Create a duplicate layer.
3. Apply gaussian blur to the duplicate layer.
4. Change the overlay from normal to soft light in your layers palette.

Actually, they are MY shades, but they look better on her! She's saying "cheeeeeese" in the first pictures :)
