Today is Emma's 2nd birthday... where has the time gone?
I remember I got pregnant with her on my birthday. Shortly after that, we went to visit family in Texas. I was craving some strange foods along the way, and my brother in law asked if I was pregnant. While we were visiting I started to think I was. All I wanted to do was eat (sweets) and sleep. One morning I woke up and I just knew I was pregnant. I tested and saw a line that probably wasn't even there yet just because I was so sure I was pregnant. A few days later there was another faint line, but I still wasn't so sure so I had my husband pee on a stick too and in comparison we could tell there was a line. I took another test and finally got a faint but undeniable positive. I remember craving fruit and lemon pies like crazy when I was pregnant with her. Now she is a 2 years old and there is no denying her presence. She lights up the room and everyone adores her. I just can't believe she is TWO YEARS OLD.
